Can someone tell me what kind of animals lived in these seashells?

I have a whole bunch of seashells that I collected from the beach and I can’t help but wonder what kind of animals used to live in them before they washed up. Can anyone tell me? Here are the pictures of them.

    one was possibly some kind of hermit crab,….i say the others,…some kind of mussel

    The first 2 pics are scallops, the second 2 are clam, and the last one is a conch shell.

    Other animals do make homes out of the conch shell like hermit crabs for example.

    The majority seem to be some kind of clam shell. The one odd one looks a bit like a conch shell but with out knowing their size it’s a tough call. Definatley some type of snail.
